Terms of Use
1. Scope
Kontoblick is a desktop application for viewing and categorising the user's own bank account information. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Personal use only
The application is intended for private use with the user's own accounts. It must not be used to access accounts of other people or for commercial purposes.
3. Your own Enable Banking application
Bank access works through the user's own application registered with Enable Banking. The user is responsible for keeping the application ID and the private key confidential and for complying with Enable Banking's terms.
4. Read-only access
Kontoblick only reads account information (balances and transactions). It cannot initiate payments or change anything at the bank.
5. No financial advice
Figures, categories and evaluations are automated and may be incomplete or wrong. They are for information only and are not financial, tax or legal advice. Please verify important figures with your bank.
6. Availability and liability
The application is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranty of availability or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Liability under mandatory law remains unaffected.
7. Beta access and feedback
During the beta the application can only be used with an invitation key. The operator may revoke a key at any time, which also blocks the devices that used it. Feedback you send is voluntary; do not include personal data of third parties or account data in it.
8. Data protection
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence say otherwise.
